Criteria: Dealbreakers and stop words
Hard rules, and words that flag a bid.
Dealbreakers are hard rules, such as "Sole brand, no substitutes". Each one is set to either:
- Auto NO-GO: if it fails, the bid is NO-GO.
- Flag for review: if it fails, the bid is REVIEW with the item listed.
"Sole brand, no substitutes" is skipped when the brand is one you carry, meaning it is named in your lanes, catalog or suppliers.
Stop words ("Words to watch for") flag any bid that mentions them.
