Criteria: Money limits
Bid size, margin and cancellation risk.
- Max bid size and Min bid size, for example $250,000.
- Minimum margin, for example 18%.
- Max cancellation risk, for example $10,000.
- Whether you can provide cost share or matching funds.
If a bid doesn't state its value, a max bid size rule can't pass, so the bid gets REVIEW rather than GO.
