Working through a REVIEW
Each REVIEW lists exactly what to check.
A REVIEW means something specific needs a person to check it. The bid shows "Review: N things to check" as a numbered list.
Typical items: a fact the document didn't state (such as the value), a code or lane that only partly fits, a registration or contract vehicle you may not hold, delivery outside your states, payment terms, a stop word, or a dealbreaker set to Flag for review.
- Open the bid in Bids › Inbox.
- Go through each numbered item against the solicitation.
- Decide: add it to your Pipeline, or leave it.
- Use "Was this right?" to tell us if the verdict was wrong.
Margin and cancellation risk show "Couldn't verify" when the document doesn't state the figures. That never holds a verdict back.
Your feedback is reviewed by our team and can become a test case. It is not used to train AI models.
